I can't say enough good about this company - From making the call and speaking to Lisa, to the technicians that come out - Best company ever. I called this morning and they sent out George (the technician) to fix my air conditioner. Very professonial young man and explained everything to me. Honest and dependable company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for the quick service you provided today.

Product or service reviewed: New Heating and Air System

We could not be more pleased. We had requested an estimate from another company and were told it would take a couple of days to work up a proposal. After a week and several unreturned calls, we finally got an over-the-phone estimate. Earlier that same day we called J&J. Got a proposal the same day and a complete system installed the next busness day. Great crew! Excellent work!!! Highly recommend.

Outstanding service from first contact to work completion! The office manager (Ms. Lisa) is amazing, the company owners are engaged/exceptionally professional; the proposal rep. provided detailed insight to ensure I selected the best replacement unit for my needs; and the service technicians were highly-skilled/courteous. This is now my, "Go-To" company for air conditioning service excellence!! Justice

J&J Did a great job installing a new Bryant system. New unit working great. Team installed unit as scheduled and were very professional.They insured that the work area was clean and checked the unit to make sure all was working properly before leaving. Thanks to the J&J Team for making sure everything was completed as scheduled and that we were completely satisfied. I would recommend them to all who need HVAC repair.

I really don’t know where to begin w/ this Amazing Co. From start to finish they have gone above and beyond and I know they are only a phone call away. I know an a/c system isn’t cheap but they made it as painless as possible. The craftsmanship of their work is outstanding right down to the financing. I really feel like they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need only making suggestions as to the best plan of attack. They gave me several options to consider and they were always there to answer the phone when I had a quick question before make my decision. I never felt like I was bothering them and to this day the system has preformed flawlessly. I will never do business w/ any other HVAC company again. I am a customer for life. Thanks for everything you did to make it happen. J & J heating and Air Rocks!!!! You can trust them
